Publish only photographs, video, audio, artwork, and documents the church is authorized to use. Confirm permission for the people shown and the rights in the material itself. Approval to record, permission to post publicly, and permission to stream copyrighted content are separate questions.
Do not record or publish confidential pastoral conversations, private prayer requests, safeguarding concerns, financial records, or sensitive personal circumstances. Church leadership must approve notices and consent procedures for events being photographed or broadcast. Attendance by itself is not treated by this draft as blanket consent to every recording or future use.
Before a livestream or archive is published, verify the rights needed for songs, backing tracks, lyrics, arrangements, recorded performances, video clips, and Bible excerpts. An in-person worship exemption or a license covering one use must not be assumed to cover streaming, copying, synchronization, or archived playback. Keep licensing questions and permissions with the responsible church personnel.
Only approved media personnel may configure public watch URLs. Never put passwords, access tokens, stream keys, or account recovery information in public content fields, team plans, or assistants. A Facebook page link or embedded public video does not authorize the website to manage the Page or publish on its behalf.
Call (270) 773-3471 or contact church leadership if you believe a published item is inaccurate, uses your material without permission, or creates a privacy concern. Identify the item without sending additional sensitive details. Church leadership must review the request and the applicable permission or rights record; this draft does not promise immediate removal from third-party copies.
